2-YEAR SMART+ HOME PRODUCT REPLACEMENT LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants each Smart+ Home product (“Product”) for two (2) years from date of
purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as directed. Failure to
comply with Product warnings shall void the warranty. This warranty does not cover Product subject to
accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or acts of God. If Product fails to operate according to the warranty,
the manufacturer will replace Product with the same or similar Product, at no charge. LABOR IS NOT
INCLUDED. Product should be returned, together with proof of date of purchase, to the retail store

or Email: [e-mail]. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE. LIABILITY FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. SOME STATES AND
JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES
YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO
STATE OR PROVINCE.

LEDVANCE Ltd garantit que ce produit sera exempt de défaut de fabrication et de main d’oeuvre
pendant deux (2) ans à compter de la date d’achat, si utilisé tel que prescrit. Ne pas se conformer aux
avertissements reliés à ce produit annulera la garantie. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les accidents, la
négligence, les abus, la mauvaise utilisation ou le cas de force majeure. Si le produit présente un défaut
d’opération selon la garantie, le manufacturier le remplacera sans frais avec un produit identique ou
