MULTI-FUNCTION MODE SET UP – CHOOSE ONE OF THE 3 FOLLOWING LIGHTING MODES

1. Dusk to Dawn Continuous Operation – Install the supplied Green Plug with White Painted End

(Fig. #2) to initially set up the light for Dusk to Dawn operation. There are two wires extending

from the light fixture. One wire is smaller and it has 3 connector pins inside of the female plug.

This is the connector for the Green Plug. Be careful to align the flat slotted portion inside both

the male and female connector plug. This controls the electrical polarity and it is important

that it is properly connected.

2. Remote Control Operation – Install the supplied Black Plug (with no

paint on the end) (Fig. #2A) to initially set up the light for Remote

Control operation. There are two wires extending from the light

fixture. One wire is smaller and it has 3 connector pins inside of

the female plug. This is the connector for the Black Plug, Be

careful to align the flat slotted portion inside both the male and

female connector plug. This controls the electrical polarity and it is

important that it is properly connected.

3. PIR Motion Controlled Security Operation – Install the supplied PIR Motion Sensor Module to

initially set up the light for Motion Security Sensing operation. There are two wires extending

from the light fixture. One wire is smaller and it has 3 connector pins inside of the female plug.

This is the connector for the PIR Motion Sensor (shown in Fig. 1). Be careful to align the flat

slotted portion inside both the male and female connector plug. This controls the electrical

polarity and it is important that it is properly connected.

INSTALLATION

1. Light Fixture - Mount the light fixture in your desired location (mounting hardware not included)

using the metal bracket with holes in it as the support bracket. Attach through the holes to any

flat surface or post. Adjust angle and tighten the bolts on the light fixture where the bracket meets

the fixture.

2. Bat-Wing Solar Panel - Find a suitable area to locate the solar panel array in full sunlight with

unobstructed view to the Southern horizon. Position it at a 45 degree angle for maximum

exposure to collect the sun’s energy.

The panel’s aluminum frame is drillable to allow you to customize your own

mounting or use the supplied 2 pieces of bar stock and hardware to lock the 2 panels into one

single rigid installation. Optional solar panel pole mount is available.

Note: Be sure to not drill through the glass that recedes into the framing of the panel. Damage to

the panel will result in a voided warranty.

On the back of the Solar Panel locate the white wire with male adapter plug. Plug the Solar Panel

connector plug into the corresponding female adapter plug on the light fixture. It is the thicker wire

and has 3 terminal connectors in the plug.

3. PIR Controller (for PIR Motion Sensing Operation Only) - Mount PIR

controller as shown in Fig.1. Please note it should be mounted under eaves

or other protected area as it is not fully water-proof. Very water resistant,

just not completely waterproof.

Note: Do not mount the PIR Module if you will not be using the light as a

Motion Sensing Security light.
