 TheOEMmustcertifythefinalendproducttocomplywithunintentionalradiators(FCCSections15.107and
15.109)beforedeclaringcomplianceofthefinalproducttoPart15oftheFCCrulesandregulations.Integr ation
intodevicesthataredirectlyorindirectlyconnectedtoAClinesmu
staddwithClassIIPermissiveChange.

 TheOEMmustcomplywiththeFCClabelingrequirements.Ifthemodule’slabelisnotvisiblewheninstalled,
thenanadditionalpermanentlabelmustbeappliedontheoutsideofthefinishedproductwhichstates:
“ContainstransmittermoduleFCCID:PJH-IA9Q5S83D-E”.Additionally, 
thefollowingstatementshouldbeincludedonthelabelan
dinthefinalprodu
ct’susermanual:
“ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.
Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterferences,and
(2)thisdevicemustacceptanyi
nterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesired
operation.”

