Bounce Back
At the end of the recording run the same movement back in the other direction.
This mode is commonly used in a one-man-crew environment where you want to film yoru
subject without the need for an additional camera operator.
Number of Repeats
The number of times the Genie will either ‘Bounce Back’ or ‘Return and Repeat’.

- Navigate to the bottom of the main menu to take full control of the settings that make the
Genie tick.

About
Shows the model of Genie you have as well as the current version of the firmware.
Camera Model
Displays how the Genie will connect with your camera when using the IR emitter. Note that when
using a Syrp Link cable it is not required to set your camera model.
Auto Off
Sets the waiting time before the unit powers down automatically when not being used. We recom
mend to keep this function active.
Screen Auto Off
Sets the waiting time before the screen turns off during a recording (recording will run as normal).
Sound
Turns the internal speaker ON/OFF
Time
Adjust to match the current time in your region.
Date
Adjust to match the current date in your region.
