The MSB is of no relevance!
If too small a value is selected for this parameter (especially values < 8%), the motor may shut down with the
error "Locked motor"!

This parameter has two functions:
All parameters with speed information (set values, actual values) are based on this value.
The value 64,000 in this speed information corresponds to the maximum speed value given here.
In the "open-loop PWM control" mode, the speed is limited to the value given here. (In closed-loop speed
control, the speed is controlled in any event.)
