DNV Business Assurance UK Ltd
of any changes to their quality
system, ISO 9001 registration or other aspects upon which this Notification is granted.

and can be withdrawn if the Manufacturer does not satisfy
the periodical quality assurance surveillance assessment or re
-assessment.
