Maintenance
For size Topvex SR/TR60-100, pull out the locking frame to release the heat exchanger, figure 9.

5. For Topvex TR60, remove the supply air fan (chapter 8.6) to remove the grid located close to the exchanger,figure
10. The grid is attached to the same bolts that are locking the fan rails on each side of the fan.

6. Release the electrical quick connections.
7. Pull out the heat exchanger.
8. Position the new exchanger in the air handling unit’s chassi. Set the position of the purge sector.
9. Push the new exchanger carefully in place.
10.For Topvex TR60, attach the grid and the supply air fan. Fasten both grid and fan with the fan rails on each side of
the fan.
11.Attach the electrical quick connections.
12.Fasten the locking plate, size SR/TR20-35. For size SR/TR60-100 push the locking frame in place.
13.Close the air handling unit’s doors
