CONDITIONS OF
GUARANTEE
Upon receipt of the material
 Check that all parts have
withstood transportation
and are in a satisfactory
condition. In the case of
identified damage, do all
reservations with the
haulage contractor by
registered letter within two
days.
If these instructions are not
adhered to, the products have
travelled at the customer’s risk.
In the course of handling
 Treat the ventilator with
precaution.
 Avoid shocks which risk
damage to the parts and
their surfaces. Our
materials are guaranteed
by the conditions of
storage in a clean and dry
environment.
Our guarantee, apart from
when otherwise stated is based
on normal temperature
conditions (0°C-60°C).
The user must respect the
limits of temperature and speed
which are either indicated in
the catalogue or which were
specified at the time of order.
Duration of guarantee:
1 year after the date of
delivery.
Conditions
Replacing defective parts or
discount on condition at our
factory. Our guarantee applies
on all our range in case of a
manufacturer’s fault of the
finished product.
It must be noted that the
guarantee cannot function if it
has been proved that the usage
of the ventilators has been
abusive. For the motors, only
the manufacturers of these
products are responsible in the
case of fault, this after expert
evaluation on their part.
The diagrams of connection
are placed in the box in the
packaging for your
convenience.
