Compliance with Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 and EN ISO 13857 refers to the mounted protective
guards on the inlet of the fan, as far they are in the extent of delivery. For the fully accordance with mentioned re-
quirements (protective guards or safety assurance in other way) the performer is responsible.
Note2: Compliance with Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016 only relates to this product if it has been
connected directly to the customary electricity mains. If this product is integrated into a system or completed and
operated with other components (e.g. regulation and control appliances), the manufacturer or operator of the overall
system is responsible for compliance with Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016.
