3.17.3 Temperature/humidity sensor

The quantity measured by the humidity sensor is the relative humidity, the ratio of water vapor content in the
air to the maximum possible water vapor content. Since the maximum possible water vapor content depends
on the air temperature (saturation vapor pressure), the sensor combines humidity and temperature
measurements.
Up to two compatible temperature and humidity sensors can be operated on the same interface, so two
separate input registers were used to display the values for temperature and relative humidity. The values
from Sensor 1 are used to calculate the mass flow.
