15.1DVunitsdeliveredinseveralsections
ThismodeloftheDVunithasanintegratedcontrolsystemanddependingonthesizeoftheunit,the
cabinetisinstalledontheunitoronthefrontoftheunit.The2controllers‐SystemairE28–2port
controllerandaSystemairE28expansion‐bothcontrollersaremountedinthe
cabinet,andallelectrical
connectionsbetweencabinetandcomponentsintheunitareinstalled.Thecontrolsystemisconfigured
accordingtothecustomer’sorder–confirmedbytheorderconfirmation‐topromoteeasystart‐uponthe
site.Theunitistestedatthefactoryandallfunctionsareconfirmed
byafinalfunctionaltestandtest
report.Thetestreportisannex14fortheUserManual.Afterthefinaltesttheunitisdividedinsectionsto
facilitatethetransport.Afterreassemblyoftheunitonthesite,theclearlymarkedcableswithsockets
mustbereconnectedinthe
markedcabinetterminals.Cablestripsarepreinstalledforinstallationofthe
cablesbetweenthecomponentsintheunit‐sectionsandthecabinet.Cablesinstalledontheunit‐sections
inthepreinstalledstripsareprotectedbymetalcovers.Thecovershavebeenremovedbeforeinstallation
oftheunitonthefinal
siteandmustbereplacedafterinstallationofthecables.Cableswiththemains
powersupplymustbeinstalledintheautomaticcircuitbreakersbelongingtofans,heatpumpunitDVU‐HP
(ifdelivered).Allexternalcomponentsmustbeconnectedonthesite.
15.1.1Externalcomponents
ExternalcomponentsareSystemairControl
Panel,valves,valvemotors,pressuretransmitters,supplyair
temperaturesensor,sensorforwatertemperatureintheheatingcoil(ifwaterheatingcoilwasrequested)
andcirculationpump(Systemairdoesnotdeliverthepump).Terminalsarepresentinthecabinetfor
pressuretransmitters,ifitisasolutionforconstantpressure
intheducts,andterminalsarepresentinthe
cabinetforvalvemotors,circulationpump,supplyairtemperaturesensorandsensorforwater
temperatureintheheatingcoil,butcablesarenotinstalledandnotconnectedtoterminalsinthecabinet.
TheSystemairControlPanelwith10metersofcableis
notconnectedtothecontrollerinthecabinet.All
externalcomponentsdeliveredarepackedinacardboardboxdeliveredtogetherwiththeunit.
15.2DVunitdeliveredassembledonbaseframe
ThismodeloftheDVunithasanintegratedcontrolsystemandthecabinetmountedinsidetheunit.The
cabinetisalwaysmountedintheunitsectionwiththeheatexchangerandthecabinetisalwaysplacedat
thewarmsideoftheheatexchanger.Theintelligentcontrollers–SystemairE28–2
portcontrolleranda
SystemairE28expansion‐bothcontrollersaremountedinthecabinet,andallelectricalconnections
betweencabinetandcomponentsintheunitareinstalled.Thecontrolsystemisconfiguredaccordingto
thecustomer’sorder–confirmedbytheorderconfirmation‐topromoteeasystart‐uponthe
site.Theunit
istestedatthefactoryandallfunctionsareconfirmedbyafinalfunctionaltestandtestreport.Thetest
reportisannex14fortheUserManual.Theunitisdeliveredasoneassembledsectiononbaseframe.
Cableswiththemainspowersupplymustbeinstalled
intheautomaticcircuitbreakersbelongingtofans,
heatpumpunitDVU‐HP(ifdelivered).Allexternalcomponentsmustbeconnectedonthesite.
15.2.1Externalcomponents
ExternalcomponentsareSystemairControlPanel,valves,valvemotors,pressuretransmitters,supplyair
temperaturesensor,sensorforwatertemperatureintheheatingcoil
(ifwaterheatingcoilwasrequested)
andcirculationpump(Systemairdoesnotdeliverthepump).Terminalsarepresentinthecabinetfor
pressuretransmitters,ifitisasolutionforconstantpressureintheducts,andterminalsarepresentinthe
cabinetforvalvemotors,circulationpump,supplyairtemperaturesensor
andsensorforwater
temperatureintheheatingcoil,butcablesarenotinstalledandnotconnectedtoterminalsinthecabinet.
TheSystemairControlPanelwith10metersofcableisnotconnectedtothecontrollerinthecabinet.All
externalcomponentsdeliveredarepackedinacardboardbox
deliveredtogetherwiththeunit.
