Manually Removing Windows Device Driver
1. Run “Device Manager”. Do not remove USB MultiPort from the USB port yet. USB Multiport should be removed
after all removal processes are completed.
2. “USB Serial Converter A/B/C/D” controllers and “USB Serial Port” serial ports can be found. The number of ports
may vary depending on the product you are using. Serial ports should be removed first.
