1. Use the provided dropdowns to select the Source language pair and Target
language pair for the translation task.
Source language
The language of the original text, prior to translation.
Target language
The language into which the source text is translated.
Users can easily toggle their language selections by clicking the Switch
hotbutton , located between the Source and Target dropdowns.
To ensure dropdown functionality, JavaScript must be activated in the browser
employed for SYSTRAN Enterprise Server 7 use. Please consult the
appropriate browser help resources, as necessary.
The email address that displays below the Email Translation controls changes to
reflect the selected language pair.
2. If available, use the provided dropdown to set a Profile (a set collection of
Translation Options).
3. Send the email and attachments to the email address that displays directly under
the Email Translation controls.
Click the provided email address to initiate a pre-addressed outgoing email in
the default email program, or copy the address into the To: field of any
outgoing email.
Email addresses display under the Email Translation controls once the
SYSTRAN Enterprise Server 7 is configured for this tool by the administrator,
with the actual displayed address determined by the configuration. Please note
that the email address changes dynamically to match the selected Language
Pair and Profile options.
The system will return the translated email and attachments to the sending email
address.
