SUPPLY VALVE REPLACEMENT
• Using a 3/32” hex key, remove the hex screw on the on/o handle then remove handle.
• Using a 13/16” wrench, remove nut from front of shroud.
• Using a 1/2” wrench, remove supply hose from valve.
• Using a pipe wrench, remove brass supply pipe from valve.
• Reassemble with new supply valve using tape or putty on the supply pipe and hose.
• Swivel supply hose so the hose lays  at against the reel.
• Place valve through shroud and tighten nut.
• Place handle on valve stem and tighten hex screw.
• Mount on oven and reattach plumbing.
• Remove four screws as shown (Fig.7).
• Lift out cover.
• Ratchet pawl, spring and shoulder bolt are
oncover.
• Detach used pieces and replace as shown (Fig.8).
• Replace cover, screws and e-clip. Ensure swivel
piece is seated with housing bump in groove
asshown (Fig.9).
• Check tension. Adjust as needed in
“TENSION ADJUSTMENT” section.
• Reattach shroud and screws.
• Mount on oven and reattach plumbing.
