9.2 Prerequisite for all procedures
Use the procedure in this section to establish a connection from the PC, laptop, tablet
or Smart phone to the T-Mobile High-speed Internet Gateway.
Procedure 10 Connecting to the Gateway
1 Connect your PC, laptop, smart phone, or tablet through one of the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet
LAN ports on the backside of the T-Mobile High-Speed Internet Gateway or establish a Wi-Fi
or Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System from your device to the T-Mobile High-Speed Internet Gateway, and
make sure that the Local Area Connection setting for your device is configured as “Obtain an
IP address automatically”.
2 Open a web browser through your device and enter one of the following IP addresses in the
address bar of the web browser:
http://192.168.12.1
3 STOP. This procedure is complete.
9.3 Viewing the Overview screen
Use the procedure below to view the T-Mobile High-speed Internet Gateway web
GUI Overview screen:
Note — You will need to know the IP address of the T-Mobile
High-Speed Internet Gateway. This information is located on
the label located on the bottom of the gateway.
