Loss or theft.
If your mobile Phone or SIM card has been lost or stolen, please contact
T-Mobile Customer Service as quickly as possible on +31 6 2400 1200
(please visit our website, for the latest Customer Service tariff).
Your SIM card will be blocked immediately. T-Mobile Customer Service can be
contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of a loss or theft.
As you are paying by means of iDeal, the top up amount will be added to your
balance straightaway.
Calling credit validity.
Each time you actively use your T-Mobile PrePaid SIM card, T-Mobile will
extend the validity of your calling credit balance by six months. ‘Active use’
refers to all incoming and outgoing calls, SMS messages, Internet use and
top ups.
