Whenever you want to manually send or receive Outlook e-mail on
your device, just connect your device to your computer, LAN, or over-
the-air connection, then tap Sync on the ActiveSync screen or tap
Menu > Send/Receive in Outlook on your device.
For details about scheduling automatic synchronization or setting
a synchronization time with the Exchange Server, see “Schedule
synchronization with Exchange Server” in Chapter 4.
Use My E-mail
My E-mail is a T-Mobile solution that allows you to quickly and
conveniently configure and manage your My E-mail account. Tap the
Set up My E-mail item on the Today screen or Start > Programs > My
E-mail to open the E-mail Setup screen as shown below:
• Add a new My E-mail account. Select this item and tap Next to
add your new My E-mail account.
• Download settings for existing My E-mail accounts. If you
have an existing My E-mail account, you can select this item and
tap Next to download the information to your device.
• Configure My E-mail Triggers. Select this item and tap Next to
enable automatic e-mail update function on your device.
