PHONE OVERVIEW SIM CARD The SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card identifies your phone to the wireless network. You cannot make or receive phone calls or browse the Internet without a properly installed SIM card. Status bar Install the SIM card 1. Detach the SIM card from its packaging. Insert the battery by lining up the contacts on the battery with the ones in the battery compartment and lower the battery into place. 6. Replace the back cover. BATTERY HOME SCREEN To optimize battery performance, be sure to fully charge your phone before using it for the first time. Your Home screen displays important information about your phone.
