4 STEPS TO PERFECT DISTORTION
Using your ToneBug Distortion
Insert a 9V alkaline battery or connect to an electrical outlet using
the T-Rex Fuel Tank power supply (not included).
Plug your guitar into the INPUT jack, and run a lead from the OUT-
PUT jack into your amp.
Use the GAIN knob to set the amount of distortion (turn it up for a
dirtier sound), and use the TONE knob to “tune” your distortion to
just the right timbre.
Set the overall volume of your distorted sound with the LEVEL knob.

Warm overdrive
GAIN: 9 o’clock
TONE: 10 o’clock
Bluesy lead
GAIN: 2 o’clock
TONE: 12 o’clock
Rock show
GAIN: 5 o’clock
TONE: 2 o’clock
Metal slice
GAIN: 5 o’clock
TONE: 5 o’clock
