Install the Smart Radiator

Thermostat on your own

Good to know:

• The valve itself stays intact. So don’t worry, there will be no water leakage during installation.

• No special tools are required.

• Fits on most radiators with thermostatic valves.

• Each Smart Radiator Thermostat comes with six different adapters and can ﬁ t almost any valve.

Start the online installation assistant

Go to my.tado.com and add your Smart

Radiator Thermostat. Follow the step-by-

step instructions in the web app which will

guide you through the installation process.

Attach an adapter (if required)

The Smart Radiator Thermostats ﬁ ts on

a M30x1.5 thermostatic radiator valve

body thread. The adapters that come with

your order ensure that tado° ﬁ ts almost all

thermostatic radiator valves. Find out which

adapter you would need for your radiator

valve here.

Mount the Smart Radiator Thermostat

Follow the instructions in your tado° app.

They’ll guide you to mount the Smart

Radiator Thermostat effortlessly.

AS EVERY HOME IS DIFFERENT, THESE STEPS ARE A GUIDELINE TO GIVE A GENERAL IDEA OF WHAT AN INSTALLATION ENTAILS.
