1. Intelligent Alarm Clock
Set the alarm clock in the app, and the smartwatch will vibrate to remind you when
the time is up.
2. Step Count
The smartwatch can record the number of steps taken every day. The walking step
data can be synchronized to the App. The data can be viewed from the App. The
data will be reset at 00:00 every day.
3. Sleeping Monitor
The user has to wear the watch so that their sleep pattern can be detected. Adjusting
your sleeping time according to the data’s reference would improve your body’s
health index. Monitor the sleep duration and the data will be cleared at 24:00 every
day. The data can be synchronized to the App and the sleep data will include detailed
information analysis and data record that can be viewed from the App.
4. Heart Rate Monitor
Once you tap on the Heart Rate Monitor Interface, the heart rate monitoring will start.
The test data will be displayed when the measurement is completed. The heart rate
monitoring data can be synchronized to the App and the detailed data record can be
viewed from the App.
Note: Please maintain the correct posture while monitoring the heart rate. The
measurement results are for reference only, can not be used as medical data.
5. Exercise Mode
One can monitor the exercise duration of the whole day and the data will be
cleared at 24:00 hours every day. Exercise mode data can be synchronized to
the App. The exercise mode monitoring will give a detailed information
analysis and data records can be viewed on the App.
7. Blood Pressure Monitor
On the blood pressure function interface, the blood pressure will automatically start
measuring. The test data will be displayed when measurement is completed. The blood
pressure monitoring data can be synchronized to the App. Detailed information
analysis and data record can be viewed from the App.

8. Blood Oxygen Monitor
On the blood oxygen function interface, the blood oxygen will be automatically
measured and the test data will be displayed when the measurement is completed.
The blood oxygen monitoring data can be synchronized and viewed on the App.

9. Weather Forecast
Current day’s weather information can be displayed on the interface.
Note: To display the weather information, the smartwatch needs to be connected to
the App on your mobile phone.
10. Music Control
Connect the watch with your mobile phone through the App. Manually open the mobile
phone music player. You have the option to change tracks and also, pause/play
the track on the watch.
11. Take a picture with a Shake
After you turn on this function in the app’s "Smartwatch function settings", click "Take a
picture with a shake" in the function list to enter the photo taking interface and confirm
taking a picture with a shake.

Turn on the intelligent anti lost in the app "smartwatch function settings". When the

Connecting with your Device
How to Charge
Use the magnetic charger to connect the metal contacts on the back of the watch.
Connect the other end of charger to USB Charging Dock or to your computer.
It takes upto 2 hours to completely charge the Smart Watch.

Press the upper button on the right to turn on the Smart Watch.
Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth and location service and make sure the watch is not
connected to any other device.
Open the TFIT App on your mobile phone.
Click the function bar in the upper left corner. Click the app icon and click ‘Search’
Select the MAC string code matching the Smart Watch to display ‘Bluetooth
request pairing’
Reconnect the Smart Watch
Each time you open the App, the watch will automatically connect to the phone.
Make sure that the bluetooth has been enabled on your device.

Restore Factory Settings
In the SmartWatch settings function, find and click restore factory, and then one
can clear all data in the smartwatch.
3. Smart Watch Operation
After switching on the Smart Watch, in the dial display interface, slide down from
the top of the screen to enter quick functions (battery display, Bluetooth connect,
screen brightness, etc.)
Slide up from the bottom of the screen to enter the menu interface of all functions,
which can be flipped in multiple pages
Swipe from the rightmost end of the screen to the left to enter the sports function.
Swipe from the leftmost end of the screen to the right to enter the main function
interface, which can expand all functions more by swiping the screen up, down,
left and right.
After the Smart Watch is connected successfully, it will be synchronized with the
time and date of the phone. The app can be synchronized with the movement
state of the Smart Watch such as step counting, sleep rate, heart rate, blood
pressure, etc. Short press to turn off the interface and long-press the touch
button to turn off the Smart Watch.
