7 Troubleshooting
This chapter intends to give some hints in how to quickly check the system for any hardware issue.
The Hot Spot – Power node system is not serviceable, and you need to contact the CXIgnited support team at once.
You can only intervene following precise instructions given by your support contact from CXIgnited.
Before contacting CXIgnited support team first check:
- That all wires are properly connected to the Power Nodes which mainly consists in making sure that the antenna cables
have not been disconnected and the permanent USB charger has not been disconnected or is still in operation. Check if
the green LED is still lit.
- That the power pack is well latched into the main Radio module. If a small gap between the two parts is visible, then try
to firmly latch them back together. Refer to Figure 5 to see how the two parts fit together.
To investigate further, you will receive precise instructions from the CXIgnited support team or you may have to ship it back and
get a replacement.
