Options
The OPTIONS section allows you to set-up your IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager™ with features that are not
frequently changed.
BEEPER
The beeper function is turned on by default. If you receive a message that is tagged as urgent the
beeper will sound when the message is displayed.
• Press Menu to view the feature list.
• SCROLL to highlight OPTIONS.
• Press SELECT to enter your selection.
• Press SCROLL to highlight BEEPER.
• Press SELECT to enter your selection.
If you wish to switch the beeper on or off, simply select
BEEPER in the OPTIONS menu. You can then press CHANGE
to select the desired option (you can select between ON or
OFF)
Once you’ve selected your desired option simply press
EXIT to return to the main screen.
CONNECTION
There are different circumstances that require changes to be made to your connection settings.
Select the appropriate option to modify your connection settings.
Transmission
In certain situations you may be required to turn off your IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager™ ability to
transmit, as it may interfere with sensitive equipment in the surrounding area. Examples of places
where you are required to turn off all wireless devices include most areas in hospitals, health clinics
