Loneworkermonitoringisasafetyfeatureforpeoplewhoworkalone.Loneworkermonitoringmaybeprogrammedto
beonoroffatalltimes,orcanbeswitchedonandoffbytheuserusingaprogrammedfunctionkeyorthemenu.
Aloneworkeralarmisactivatedifforapredeterminedperiodoftime:
•theradiohasbeentiltedbymorethantheconfigurednumberofdegrees(mandown)
•theradiohasnotmoved
•therehasbeennouseractivity
Theradiomaybeprogrammedtorespondtoacombinationoftheseevents.
Whenthepredeterminedtimehasexpired,anaudiblewarningisgivenandtheuserwillhaveapredeterminedtimeto
respondtotheloneworkersituation.
Iftheuserisunabletorespond,theradioeitherentersemergencymodeor(indigitalmode)sendsastatusupdatetoa
predeterminedpersonortalkgroup.
