Connect an RF power meter to the transmitter output.
Select a channel programmed for high power (25W).
Close the PTT switch.
Vary the supply voltage between 10.8 and 16V.
Above 13.8V the RF power output should not increase by more than 2W.
At 10.8V the RF power output should be more than 16W.
