products (the “Embedded Firmware”). Customer is not permitted to use the Embedded Firmware for

other products except the Products, to disclose or offer the Embedded Firmware, either wholly or partly,

to any third party (including uploading to customer's or third party (ies)’s web sites and downloading

by third parties from such sites), nor to copy, revise, upgrade, make specification change, alienate the

Embedded Firmware and so on (including reverse engineering).

TAIYO YUDEN reserves the right to make changes to any products described herein and reserves the
