The state of PMU_WAKEUP and SC_SWP
(1) PMU_WAKEUP (Host: Output, Module: Input)
High：When host need to open the data interface and to wake up to module.
Low：When host need to close the data interface.
(2) SC_SWP (Host: Input, Module: Output)
High：Module need to open the data interface.
Therefore, interrupt to wakeup host.
Low：Module do not need to open the data interface.
