TAPE OPERATION

General Operation

STOP / EJECT Press to stop all current operations. Press

again to open the cassette door.

FAST FORWARD & FAST REWIND Press to start rapid tape winding either

forwards

or backwards. Press the “STOP/EJ.

” button to stop fast forward/fast

rewind.

PLAY Press to start playing a tape.

PAUSE Press to stop playing the tape temporarily.

RECORD Press the “REC ” button together with the

“PLAY

” button to start recording.

Playback

1. Set the function selector to “TAPE” mode.

2. Insert your cassette tape.

3. Press the “PLAY ” button to activate playback.

4. Adjust the volume control to the desired level.

5. Press the “PAUSE ” button when you want to stop playback temporarily.

6. Press the “STOP/EJ. ” button when finished.

Recording

• Recording from the radio

1. Set the function selector to “RADIO” mode.

2. Tune in your station and insert your cassette tape.

3. Press the “REC ” button together with the “PLAY ” button to start recording.

4. Press the “STOP/EJ. ” button when finished.

• Recording from a CD/MP3 CD/USB device/SD memory card

1. Set the function selector to “CD/MP3/USB/SD” mode.

2. Press the “PLAY/PAUSE/USB” button to start playback.

3. Select the required tracks to be recorded.

4. Press the “REC ” button together with the “PLAY ” button to start recording.

5. Press the “STOP/EJ.

” button when finished.
