Outstanding resolving power
The optical design was completely reworked to better accommodate the higher pixel-density digital
cameras of the new era. Considering the need to also maintain excellent image quality when using
a tele converter, creative ideas have been incorporated to the utmost to consistently
ensure high-level performance. As a result, outstanding resolution and contrast reproduction
performance is achieved across the entire zoom range.
