Warranty declaration for electronic circuits and devices
Guarantee duration and scope
For our electronic circuits and devices, we voluntarily grant a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase of
the first customer, but for a maximum of 3 years after the end of series production of the product. The first
customer is the consumer who first purchased the product from us, a dealer or another natural or legal
person who resells or installs the product in the course of their independent professional activity. The
guarantee is valid throughout Europe.
Legal rights
The guarantee exists in addition to the statutory warranty claims to which the consumer is entitled against
the seller.
Scope of the guarantee
The warranty covers the free rectification of defects that can be proven to be due to faulty material
processed by us or to manufacturing defects and that are not due to wear and tear, normal consumption or
improper handling. In the case of kits, we guarantee that the components are complete and in perfect
condition, and that the components function in accordance with the characteristic values when not installed.
We guarantee that the technical data will be adhered to if the kit is assembled in accordance with the
instructions and the finished circuit is installed, as well as the prescribed commissioning and mode of
operation.
We retain the right to repair, make improvements, to deliver spares or to return the purchase price. Other
claims are excluded. Claims for secondary damages or product liability consist only according to legal
requirements.
Condition for this guarantee to be valid, is the adherence to the manual. In addition, the guarantee claim is
excluded in the following cases:
 if arbitrary changes in the circuit are made,
 if repair attempts have failed with a ready-built module or device,
 if damaged by other persons,
 if damaged by faulty operation or by careless use or abuse.

Send us the defective device together with the proof of purchase. Please do not send us the defective device
carriage forward. In case of warranty we will refund the regular shipping costs.
