Closing RAS Tickets
After using the information in the RAS ticket to resolve your library issue, use the prompts on the
screen to close the RAS ticket.

R0201 High The Fan is stuck. The fan is stuck.
Please verify that the fan is not
mechanically blocked.
If the fan is stuck due to dust,
please clean the fan.
Reboot the loader and retry the
operation. If the problem persists
please contact technical support
to replace the defective fan.
R0202 High The Fan is not
running.
The fan is not
running.
Please verify that the fan cables
are connected.
Reboot the loader and retry the
operation. If the problem persists
please contact technical support
to replace the defective fan.
R0203 Urgent Robot Inventory
failure. Too many
cartridges
Too many
cartridges has
been detected
during the
inventory
sequence.
Please eject the magazine and
remove one cartridge.
R0204 Urgent The system has
reported an
unmanaged fault.
An unidentified
problem has
occured.
Reboot the loader and retry the
operation. If the problem persists
please contact technical support.
R0205 High Drive-n cleaning
failed. No cleaning
tape present.
The cleaning
operation failed
because no
cleaning cartridge
is present in the
system.
Please import a cleaning media.
To import cleaning media, you
should open the I/E station and
insert one or more cleaning tapes.
The cartridges must be assign to
the Cleaning or System partition.
