A cartridge has
been detected in
the Pass-Thru
box.
Eject the Pass-Thru magazine
and remove the cartridge from the
Pass-Thru box. Re-insert the
pass-thru magazine and retry the
operation.
R3004 Urgent Network connection
failed
The master
library is not able
to connect to the
add-on library.
Verify the TCP/IP addresses in
the pass-thru configuration, and
that the network connection
between the master and the add-
on library is working.
R3005 Urgent Pass-Thru
configuration failed
The master
library is not able
to configure to
the add-on
library.
Verify that all libraries in the pass-
thru system are using the same
firmware revision.
Also verify that the TCP/IP
communication between the
master and the add-on library is
working.
Reboot and retry the operation
R3006 Urgent Pass-Thru is
disabled in the add-
on library
The Pass-Thru
functionality is
disabled in the
add-on library.
Please run the Setup Wizard on
the add-on library and set the
Pass-Thru configuration to "Add-
on".
R6005 High Drive n Tape Alert
5. Read Failure.

drive is faulty.
Clean the drive.
Try another cartridge.
If the problem persists, replace
the tape drive.
R6006 High Drive n Tape Alert

The tape is from
a faulty batch or
the tape drive is
faulty.
Clean the drive.
Use a good tape to test the drive.
If the problem persists, replace
the tape drive.
R6007 High Drive n Tape Alert
7. Media Life.
The tape
cartridge has
reached the end
of its calculated
useful life.
Copy any data you need to
another tape
Discard the old tape.
R6008 High Drive n Tape Alert
8. Not Data Grade.
The tape
cartridge is not
data-grade. Any
data you back up
to the tape is at
risk.
Replace the cartridge with a data-
grade tape.
R6009 High Drive n Tape Alert
9. Write Protect.
You are trying to
write to a write-
protected
cartridge.
Remove the write-protection or
use another tape.
