Troubleshooting Matrix
The tables below describe different problem situations and suggested actions to try to resolve the
problem.

Problem Solution
Power
Library does not power on Check the power cord connections and check that the power cords
are connected in the correct AC-inlet.
Make sure there is power to the outlet. Try another working outlet.
Verify that the power supply is properly inserted into the bay.
Check that the correct power switches are in the ON position.
Replace the power cord.
Make sure the fuses are not blown. Replace the fuse with a
250V / 2A fast fuse if blown.
Replace power supplies.
Contact your service representative.
The display is dead Check the power cord connections and check that the power cords
are connected in the correct AC-inlet.
Make sure there is power to the outlet. Try another working outlet.
Verify that the power supply unit is properly inserted into the bay.
Check that the correct power switches are in the ON position.
Power cycle the library. If you use redundant power supplies,
remember to turn both switches OFF. Verify that the fans start at
power-on and that they calm down after a few seconds.
Replace the power cord.
Make sure the fuses are not blown. Replace the fuse with a
250V / 2A fast fuse if blown.
Replace power supplies.
Contact your service representative.
The front panel does not
display information but the
back light on the front panel is
on
