A warranty certificate with full details is included with the
equipment. Carefully review these responsibilities with
yourdealer orservice company.The manufacturer will
not be responsible for any expenses found necessary
to correct problems due to improper setup, improper
installation, adjustments, improper operating procedure
on the part of the user, etc.
Some specific examples of service calls which are not
includedinthelimitedwarrantyare:
• Correcting wiring problems in the electrical circuit
supplying the equipment.
• Resettingcircuitbreakersorotherswitches.
• Adjustingorcalibratingofthermostat.

detergent and water. Rinse thoroughly with water.
• Keeptheoutdoorunitclearofobstructions.DONOT
obstructairowwithtallplantsorshrubs.Checkforand
remove any obstructions such as twigs, sticks, etc.
• Inspectthe indoor condensate drainand coil at the
beginning of each cooling season. Remove any debris.
• Annually inspect the physicalsupport of the unit to
ensure that it is physically sound without sagging,
cracks, gaps, etc.
Air Filters
WARNING:
Never operate the unit without a filter in the
air can build up on the internal components,
damage, and possible fire risk.
• Inspectandcleanorreplaceairltersatthebeginning
of each heating and cooling season, or more frequently
if required. A clogged filter could cause airflow related
problems and reduce the overall efficiency of your
unit.
