POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
While many items can be shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement, the
standard lead time on build-to-stock items is 5-7 business days, not including
transit time. Lead time on non-stock items, custom items and other items may
vary.
Complete orders received before 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same
business day. LTL orders marked for same-day shipping must be received
before noon. Small package orders marked for same-day shipping must be
received before 12:00 p.m. CST. Same day shipping may not be available for
TL or all LTL shipments.
Minimum order/invoice amount is $200.00USD. Orders that do not meet the
minimum are subject to a $25.00 service fee, which will be added to the total
amount invoiced.
Taprite will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information in customer
orders. We do reserve the right to make corrections or substitutions if errors
occur. Prices and product specications are subject to change without notice.
Returns unrelated to product defects may be subject to a 25% restocking
fee. Such items must be returned unused, in original condition and include
original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
No special order or custom merchandise will be accepted for return. Before
merchandise is returned to Taprite, for any reason, a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department
(800-779-8488 or sales@taprite.com). Please contact our Customer Service
Department for further information on returns policy.
All catalogs and pricing editions produced by Taprite are for the wholesale
beverage equipment trade only. All sales are strictly business-to-business.
