Menu structure
Press the MENU button to open the Menu Screen. This list provides an overview of the various menu items.

0 1:MIC GAIN
Mic gain switch
L / ML / M / H / H+
Use to change the mic input sensitivity.
NOTE
If the AUTO LEVEL item on the menu screen is set to ON, it will be reset to OFF when the MIC GAIN setting is
changed. When this happens, AUTO LVL Cancel will appear in a pop-up message.
02:LOW CUT
Low cut filter
OFF / ON
Turns the mic input low-cut filter on or off. The cutoff frequency is 120 Hz.
03:LIMITER
Input limiter
OFF / ON
This function prevents distortion when signals that are too loud are input suddenly. Turns this function on or off.
Distortion of sounds may occur when signals that are very loud are input even if the LIMITER function is activated.
In such a case, use the Menu Screen MIC GAIN item to lower the mic input sensitivity, or increase the distance
from the sound source.
04:AUTO LEVEL
Automatic level

OFF / ON
When the input sound level is too low or too high, the recording volume will be increased or decreased automat-
ically to an appropriate level.
05:FS SAMPLE
Sampling

44.1kHz / 48kHz
Use to set the sampling frequency setting.
06:BIT LENGTH
Quantization bit
depth
16bit / 24bit
Use to set the quantization bit depth.
07:FILE TYPE
Recording file
type
MONO / POLY
Use to set the recording file type.
MONO: Record mono files.
POLY: Record stereo files (with the same data on both left and right channels).
NOTE
If the DUAL REC MODE item on the menu screen is set to ON, it will be reset to OFF when the FILE TYPE
setting is changed to POLY. When this happens, DUAL REC Cancel will appear in a pop-up message.
