Troubleshooting
If you encounter a problem with your Smartphone,
review the list below to try and find a solution. If still
having problems, please contact Technical Support or
your dealer.
Problem Solution
y The screen of my
Smartphone is
blank.
Your battery may be run
down. Charge the battery
immediately.
y During incoming
calls or when
alarms should
occur, my
Smartphone does
not make any
sound or vibration.
• Select StartSettings

the settings.
• Select Settings from the

Set Reminders is

y A “battery low”
warning screen
pops up.
Plug the AC adapter into
your Smartphone to charge

files such as old E-mail,
image files, or large video
files.

file can’t be open.
The file type may not be
supported. Supported
image/video file formats are
listed in section 8.5.
ActiveSync Problems
y ActiveSync
operation cannot be
performed or
connected.
Make sure the USB cable
is connected securely.
Make sure you have
installed the ActiveSync
on the Companion CD
Make sure the settings are
correct in File menu
