To view message folder contents:
Start＞Messaging＞Choose an account＞Menu＞
Folders＞Select the folder you want to view＞Select
To move a message to a different folder:
Start＞Messaging＞Choose an account＞Scroll to the
message to move＞Menu＞Move＞Select the folder
into which to move the message.
To clear the Deleted items folder:
Start＞Messaging＞Choose an account＞Menu＞
Folders＞Scroll to Deleted items folder＞Menu＞
Clear Text Messages＞Select
To import SIM messages from a SIM card:
Start＞Messaging＞Choose an account＞Menu＞
Options＞Import SIM Messages＞Press down the
Navigation Button
The commands in the folders:
Command Function
Delete
Delete the selected message.
Reply
Reply to the sender.
Reply All
Reply to the sender and all other
people who received the message.
Forward
Forward the message to other E-mail
addresses.
Folders
The folders in this account.
Switch
Accounts
Switch between accounts.
Move
Move the selected message to another
folder.
Mark as
Read/Unread
To mark the message as read or unread.
Download
message
Retrieve the entire E-mail message from
the E-mail server.
Options
Display a list of Inbox options that you
can customize.
Send/Receive
Connect to your E-mail server to send
and receive messages.
