To maintain safe food temperatures while using your buffet range for buffet-style serving,use the LO heat setting and stir the food occasinally to prevent sticking. Cover foods to keep them from drying out. When not in use, be sure to turn the knob to the OFF position and unplug the unit . Cleaning Be sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
