Makes 25 to 30 individual skewers
Marinate : at least 30 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
* Remember to preheat oven to 482℉ for 6 minutes before
following recipe cooking temperature.
31/2 pounds boneless chicken breast
30 small skewers, 7 inches long
Marinade:
1/2 cup dry sherry
1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup oriental sweet-and-sour sauce
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup honey
Dipping sauce :
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup chicken broth
Remainder of marinade (about 1 cup)
