STEP TWO
Pour the custard over the berries. Place the wire rack into the glass
bowl of oven. Reduce heat to 392℉ and bake for 45 to 50
minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve hot or warm.

Baking time : 30 minutes
* Remember to preheat oven to 482℉ for 6 minutes before
following recipe cooking temperature.
2 pounds of apples (approx. 6 medium-sized apples)
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup ground almonds
Grated peel of 1 lemon
1 large egg
1/4 cup sliced almonds
