4.1.1 Windows 10 IoT Enterprise OS Installation
a) Open the Starup program menu.
b) Open File Explorer，the content of SD card will show Secure Digital storage device
(D:)
c) Click Secure Digital storage device (D:) you can find .exe。
d) Click .exe file to install the application
