13.5 Managing sounds, images and videos
According to the item chosen, you can access some of the functions below:

Files marked with cannot be forwarded.

Only applies to composed sounds and images that can be cleared.
View View the image selected. If you
want to view all the pictures of
your folder in a slideshow press
on the current picture.
Listen to Listen the sound selected.
Play Play the video selected.
Send

Send sound/image/video.
Delete Delete image/sound/video
selected (Not for built-in items).
Set as - Image->main screen, switch
ON/OFF, assign it to a contact.
- Sound->ringtone, switch
ON/OFF, assign it to a contact.
- Video->Screen saver or assign
it to a contact.
Ringtones Choose a melody for an
incoming call ringtone.
Modify Modify sound/image

Download Access to your bookmark sites
to download new items.
Rename Rename sound/image/video.
Classify file Classify an image from a folder
to another.
Create folder Create folders grouping together
a series of images or sounds (for
example: “Holidays” or
Birthday”).
Delete folder Delete a folder.
Rename folder Rename a folder that you
created.
Empty folder Empty the contents of a folder.
Sort by size/ Sort the images by size or by
sort by name alphabetical order.
Capture Access the “Photo” function
directly.
13.3 My Videos
The “My Videos” Album is made up of the following folders

:
General, contains all the items from all the folders (created and embedded)
Crazy clips,
Video trailers.
You can search any Image, Sound or Video files by pressing the key bearing the first character of
the filename.
13.4 My Sounds
Choose a sound for the ON/OFF screen, for an incoming call, a message alert or an alarm (see page 46).
The “My Sounds” Album is made up of the following folders
(1)
:
General, contains all sound items (built-in or created) from all album folders,
Melodies,
Crazy sounds,
Recorded sounds (only contains recordings made with the “Record” function and the “Memo
->Album” function),
Composed sounds (only contains compositions made using “Compose”).

The embedded folder names cannot be modified. However, in certain cases, you can modify, delete and
add items included in these folders.
