6.4 Available options in the phone directory

The following options will be displayed for the contacts created in the

“Phone directory”:

Details • Display the details of the selected contact

(name, phone number, office phone or

cellphone number, etc).

Assign a key (2 to 9) to the selected contact.

Copy the file to the SIM directory.

Create message • Create a message to send to the selected

contact.

Modify • Modify the data of the selected contact.

Select group • Assign the contact to a group.

Delete • Delete the selected contact.

Delete all • Delete all the contacts in Phone memory.

Copy SIM to phone • Copy all files from SIM to Phone memory.

Available memory • Display the storage capacity of your telephone.

Group settings • Assign ring tones & pictures for each Contacts

Groups.

Select directory • Select the “SIM directory” or the “Phone

directory”.

6.3 Available options in the SIM directory

The following options will be displayed for the contacts created in the

“SIM directory”:

Details • Display the name and phone number.

Speed dial • Assign a key (2 to 9) to the selected contact.
