11.7 Melody composer

Access this feature by selecting “Extras” from the main menu, then

“Melody composer”.

11.7.1 Compose

Select “Compose” then use the keypad as shown below:

Select an instrument

“Options” softkey: Go to the options

Delete a note

Key 1 to 7: basic notes of an octave (C, D, E, F, G, A, B)

Change the length of a note or a pause

Change the octave

Add a pause

Add a sharp

11.7.2 Record

Select “Record” to record a sound of your own.

In both cases, you can use a sound as a melody. If you want to listen

to a sound (composed or recorded), select the desired one and press

the “Options” softkey.
