Power electronics design in railway applications presents

The selection of resistors must be engineered to take these

Resistors must be carefully chosen to meet the specific
performance requirements including factors like power rating,
power density, accuracy, stability, short-term overload
capacity, capacitance and inductance and thermal de-rating.

stages are well documented and approved by a design
approval team.
