Durch den Ratschenmechanismus wird sichergestellt, daß der Crimpzyklus vollständig beendet wird. Über das Einstellrad wird der Betätigungsweg (vor Öffnen der Ratsche) und damit die erforderliche Crimpkraft eingestellt.
