Automatic Machine
P300
For Contact Insertion
into PC Boards
The P300 automatic machine inserts con-
tacts into printed circuit boards – within
an 600 x 400 mm area.It is equipped with
an insertion tool composed of an insertion
head (upper tooling), an anvil (lower tool-
ing) and a product feeding mechanism.
The insertion tools are product-specific
and the PCB holder interface is defined
according to the customer application.
A large number of options allow the adap-
tation of the P300 to diversified produc-
tion tasks. An insertion force monitoring
to gurantee the insertion quality, transfer
belts for the integration in automatic PCB
transfer systems and a lot more is avail-
able.
The control and monitoring of the insertion
process is carried out by a multi-tasking
control unit. There are three possibilities
for programming the machine: off-line on
a connected PC (which is not part of the
system as delivered), by entering coordi-
nates on the control panel of the machine
or by converting CAD data (optional soft-
ware).
Optional accessories allow the P300 to be
adapted to the most varied manufacturing
tasks.

P300
Für automatische
Platinenbestückung
Mit der vollautomatischen Maschine P300
lassen sich Leiterplatten zum Einsetzen
von AMP-Kontakten präzise unter einem
eingebauten Werkzeug positionieren.
Die Werkzeuge sind produkt-spezifisch
konstruiert.
Eine Vielzahl von Optionen erlaubt die An-
passung dieser Kontakt-Einsetzmaschine
an unterschiedlichste Fertigungsaufgaben.
So stehen eine Einsetzkraft-Überwachung
für die Sicherstellung der Einpreßqualität,
Transferbänder zum Einbinden in auto-
matische Transfer-Systeme und vieles an-
dere mehr zur Verfügung.
Das leistungsfähige Multi-Tasking-System
macht Programmierung und Bedienung
der Maschine leicht. Programmieren läßt
sich die Maschine entweder mittels PC
oder durch Koordinateneingabe am Be-
dienfeld der Maschine oder durch die Kon-
vertierung von CAD-Daten.
Eine komfortable Bedienerführung über
Folientastatur und LCD-Display zeichnen
die X/Y-Einsetz-Maschine aus.
Es steht optionales Zubehör zur Verfü-
gung, das eine spezifische Anpassung der
P300 an die Erfordernisse der meisten
Kunden ermöglicht.
