Hinweise:
– Zur Verbesserung des Langzeitverhaltens werden alle
Steckverbinder auf der Kontaktseite mit einem Fettfilm
überzogen. Bei einem erforderlichen Waschvorgang
empfehlen wir eine Nachbefettung der Kontakte mit
einem handelsüblichen Kontaktschmiermittel.
– Der Schutzkragen der Messerleisten sollte zur Dämpfung
der Löttemperatur und zum Schutz der Kontakte vor Löt-
dämpfen, kartenseitig und an der offenen Steckseite
abgedeckt werden, z.B. mit Tesaband 4657 oder einer
wärmeabweisenden Schutzkappe/Einstellehre (siehe
Seite 158).
Notes:
– All plug connectors are coated with a grease film on the
contact side in order to improve to long-term behavior. If
a washing process becomes necessary, we recommend
regreasing the contacts with a commercially available
lubricant.
– The protective collar of the male connectors must be cov-
ered at the PC board side and at the open insertion side,
e.g. with adhesive tape or a heat-repellent dust cover/
gauge (see page 158), in order to provide a thermal bar-
rier when soldering and to protect the contacts against
solder vapors.
