Empfohlene Einpreßanschlüsse
bei Lötersatz, abhängig von der Dicke der Leiterplatte:
– bei LP-Dicke 1,4 bis 2,4 mm empfehlen wir die verkürzte
EP-Zone (Code 77), für eine absolut zinnspanfreie Verar-
beitung;
– bei LP-Dicke ab 2,2 mm empfehlen wir die Standard-
Zone (Code 63 oder 70), besonders bei dichtbestückten
Leiterplatten z. B. in Busplatinen. Damit bleibt die LP-
Durchbiegung < 0,5 %.
Recommended press-in terminals
For solder substitute, dependent on the thickness of the PC
board:
– For PCB thickness of 1.4 to 2.4 mm, we recommend the
shortened press-in zone (code 77), for absolutely tin-
scrap-free processing;
– For PCB thickness of 2.2 mm or more, we recommend
the standard zone (code 63 or 70), especially in the case
of densely populated PC boards, e.g in bus boards. This
keeps the PCB deflection < 0.5 %.
Verarbeitung
Für die Verarbeitung der Steckverbinder stehen 2 Einpreß-
maschinen (60 kN und 100 kN) mit zugehörigen Einpreß-
druckstücken zur Auswahl.
Ferner sind auch Einpreßwerkzeuge für alle handesüblichen
Pressen erhältlich. Siehe Seiten 240 ff.
Die Messerleisten werden über die Schultern der Messer-
kontakte eingepreßt. Alle im Datenbuch angebotenen Feder-
leisten sind mittels eines flachen Stempels einzupressen.
Damit wird die Verarbeitung einfach und zeitsparend.
Processing
Two press-in machines (60 kN and 100 kN) with their corre-
sponding press-in compression tools are available for
processing the connectors.
In addition, press-in tools for all commercially available
presses can also be ordered. See pages 240 ff.
The male connectors are pressed in over the shoulders of
the male contacts. All the female connectors offered in the
data book are to be pressed in using a flat stamp.
This makes processing easy and time-saving.
